MAEDA Toshinaga [1/8] - (III)

The mabisashi/uchimabisashi (brow plate) unit has been roughed-out and fitted. Hopefully, I will have it over 60% finished by the end of the weekend.

Save for the shikoro, all the elements of this sculpture are now underway and in varying degrees of progress.

    Do you need a shikoro? As you may recall, I have a box full of your Ft Duq shikoros.

    While I might avail myself of your generosity in the [near] future, I think I am going to make a new shikoro for Toshinaga. At least that is how I'm leaning at these early stages, given the broadness of the hachi, etc. . . .
